Zoning and a south end gas station

The need for a gas station in Guelph’s South end is one of the top issues I’m hearing while speaking with Ward 6 residents. As our population grows, so does the need for a gas station. It seems simple, but it’s further complicated by existing zoning, the competition for commercial land and the pressure to convert commercial lands to residential.
