Intensification plans for Gordon St.
It's a bit tricky to find on the city's website but here's the plan unanimously approved by City Council on April 9 for Gordon Street between Clair and Stone.
- Yes, we need intensification to address affordable housing by increasing supply.
- Yes, we need infill to prevent sprawl; but, can Gordon Street handle it? What's the plan for traffic?
We need smart development.
